If you suspect you may need wax removal but aren’t 100% sure, book a FREE 15 minutes wax check for us to examine your ears first and advise you accordingly.

Trained in a variety of wax removal techniques and using state of the art equipment, our registered hearing care specialist will assess your wax and employ the most comfortable and effective methods to relieve your blockage. Typically booked a week in advance, our team will guide you on preparation to soften your wax prior to your appointment.

A meticulous, interactive and holistic multi-point hearing consultation, including extended diagnostic audiometry, clinical tests and live assessment in our immersive assessment suite. The goal is to explore and understand your prescription and hearing situation to a fine level and discover how we can ensure you will hear as well as possible and enjoy using your bespoke hearing solution as much as you possibly can.

A proactive step to help prevent your ears from spoiling your holiday or travel plans. Our experts will run through a series of checks to give your ears the once over and help ensure you are ready for your adventures. Please book a minimum of 4 weeks in advance of travelling.

Improve the performance of your hearing aids with a professional clean, check and service at our onsite service lab utilising specialist servicing equipment. Hearing aids will only perform as intended when correctly maintained, which goes beyond simply changing tubing and filters. A spa treatment for all types of hearing instruments (NHS and all brands of privately supplied hearing aids), enjoy a drink whilst you watch our technician treat your hearing aids to our 11 point check. No appointment needed, includes consumable parts.

To repair a more seriously damaged or broken hearing aid we work with the best hearing technology labs to fix the widest range of hearing aids possible.

If you have a suitable private hearing solution already and would like our help to optimise its performance we are happy to help. We can support on a per-appointment basis, or we can provide a full re-fitting, programming and follow up service including Optimal assessment, onsite service, objective and subjective fitting/programming to deliver the best performance and experience from what you already have, with a refitting appointment, two follow up appointments, tuition and instruction to you and anybody attending appointments. Call to discuss how we can help, your hearing aid type and requirements.

Expansive Range: As an independent clinic, we source and utilise only latest and current premium hearing aids from a vast range of leading technologies, types and styles. From easy to use and fully automatic to customer adjustable with rechargeable, AI and connectivity options to best suit your needs. A charger is included when we choose a rechargeable option. We can add wireless accessories for even more hearing performance when appropriate.
Lifetime Aftercare: Enjoy ongoing support, reassessment and reprogramming as required, with a 6 monthly routine aftercare appointment and a hearing test at least every two years. We will always advise you to keep you hearing as well as possible.
Warranty 5 Years: Enjoy peace of mind with our comprehensive warranties on all our hearing aids.
Lifetime Servicing: Keep your hearing aids in optimal condition with specialist onsite servicing included on all options when you attend your regular 6 monthly aftercare appointments.
60 day return or exchange: We aim to get it right first time, but for complete flexibility should we need to change, or return a hearing solutions for a full refund.
Ultimate Ear Health: A comprehensive service of unlimited wax removal and travellers checks for 5 years are included on our flagship service package, so if you have frequent needs, you know your ear health is comprehensively covered.
